€50,000 - €55,000 per annum

Building/Property Manager | Dublin | Salary, Bonus, Pension & Benefits

For premium property group with prime office & retail properties on Dublin’s ‘South Side’ connected via Luas, Train & Bus. Tenants include international banks, investment brokers, high-tech & fin tech operators.

You will deal directly with clients & contractors on all existing building stock & any new properties to be constructed in their 5+ year development plan across the south city while reporting to the group facilities Manager.

Ideal Candidate:

• 5 years minimum experience as a Building Manager or in a similar role.
• Open to Trade or Technical background.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and building codes.
• Excellent project management and negotiation skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Technically abilities and understanding of BMS, LMS systems.
