€70,000 - €75,000 per annum

Building Services Manager (Mechanical)

Wexford

€75-85k + vehicle/car allowance + package

Required for Tier-1 contractor working on large infrastructure project which will run for 3-years.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5+yrs'  experience working for a Main Contractor/M&E contractor in a similar role with experience of high tech/ industrial / pharma projects a distinct advantadge.

You will hold a qualification in Building Services Engineering or be trade qualified.

Role & Responsibilities

• Supervision of M&E trade contractors
• Programming of M&E works in line with other trades
• Maintain variation log in conjunction with project QS and advise client of additional works
• Involvement in tender submissions and procurement of M&E contractors
• Commissioning planning & programming
• Design Coordination
