About the opportunity

ICDS are on the search for a Development Project Manager with Social housing experience.

The Development Project Manager will work as part of the New Business Construction team within the Development department to further the expansion of our clients business via new build opportunities, Design and Build and Modern Methods of Construction.
The successful candidate will assist in the appraisal of new opportunities to increase housing supply and work closely with the Local Authorities and the Department of Housing, Local Government & Heritage (DHLGH) to deliver new social housing, Cost Rental and Affordable Housing and ensure that each potential project is financially viable and offers value for money.

Project Manager Requirements:

• Degree qualification with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Excellent ability to analyse and interpret contractual documents.
• Strong commercial awareness and cost control ability with a proven record of accomplishment in the area of construction planning.
• Technical competence with the ability to set and track project milestones and deliverables.
• Extensive experience in leading and directing project teams and effectively managing sub-contractors.
