A unique opportunity with national/international construction group delivering major projects for multi-national corporations, private companies, local & state authorities across Ireland, UK & Europe.

A ‘critical’ appointment, based in Dublin, integrated into the company growth trajectory and succession strategy.

You will be responsible for pre-construction, cost management, maximising commercial performance on projects within the Group & its subsidiaries while managing/motivating a team of estimating, surveying & procurement staff.

Also contribute at Board level introducing innovative business methodology, strategic planning for continued growth and diversification.
