Construction Estimator – Tier 1 Main Contractor

Join a leading Tier 1 main contractor known for its innovative and collaborative culture. As part of continued growth, they're seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to support bid preparation and strategic pricing on major building and civil projects.

Key Duties:

• Develop accurate estimates for labour, materials, and equipment
• Engage with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Contribute to bid and tender submissions
• Monitor market trends to maintain competitiveness

Requirements:

• Degree in Construction/Engineering/Finance
• 5+ years’ estimating experience
• Proficiency with estimating tools
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
