Your role as a Contracts Manager will include: 

• Overseeing and managing the delivery of demolition projects, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and regulatory standards. 

• Leading the coordination between internal teams, subcontractors, clients, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth project execution and successful delivery. 

• Travel to client sites. 

• Product training  

The Successful Contracts Manager Will Have: 

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Project Manager within the demolition, construction, or related sectors. 

• Extensive knowledge of demolition regulations, health and safety protocols, and industry best practices. 

• Strong communication and leadership skills. 

• A full UK driving license and willingness to travel to project sites.
