Role: Design Manager

Location: Dublin

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the design team to deliver innovative and cost-effective solutions.
Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to understand requirements and develop design strategies that meet project objectives.
Demonstrate proficiency in high-rise, commercial, and residential projects, showcasing your adaptability across diverse environments.
Oversee the development of design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
Conduct regular design reviews to identify potential issues and implement necessary revisions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the design process.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving innovation and excellence in design practices.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a Design Manager with Main Contractors.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Strong technical expertise in construction design principles and methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Proficiency in relevant design software and tools.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
