Development Manager (Residential Developer)
Ashford, Wicklow
€80-100k + Package
Responsible for managing new residential developments, managing from pre-planning through the planning process to handover. (Full Lifecycle)
Working on developments with planning approval and managing approved developments ensuring all planning conditions are met and adhered to.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the planning and delivery of residential development projects
- Liaise with architects, engineers, consultants, and local authorities
- Oversee planning applications and ensure compliance with planning conditions
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and budgets
Project & Construction Coordination
- Coordinate contractors, consultants, and external stakeholders
- Monitor construction progress and quality standards
Compliance Management
- Ensure compliance with all relevant planning, building, environmental, and health & safety regulations
- Maintain accurate compliance and project documentation
- Coordinate inspections, certifications, and regulatory approvals
- Monitor contractor compliance with statutory obligations
- Ensure adherence to company policies and governance procedures
Stakeholder Management
- Act as key point of contact for stakeholders, local authorities, consultants, and contractors
Skills & Experience
- Experience managing residential developments (Housing/Apartments)
- Strong understanding of planning and compliance regulations
