c. 200K + + bonus + executive package
Construction Director's & Country Manager's (one for each jurisdiction) required to lead major datacentre new build projects across Spain, Sweden & Finland.

What we're looking for:
- Senior-level Construction/MEP leader with a proven track record.
- Experience in pre-construction and delivery of complex construction projects.
- Strong commercial, operational and client-facing capability.
- Oversight of complex data centre projects from initial presentation to project delivery and handover.
- Datacentre, life science or pharmaceutical build experience distinct advantage.
