Estimator – Main Contractor

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated professional to join our clients team as an Estimator. The successful candidate will be responsible for projects varying in values from £1m to £30m.
The Estimator position
• Preparation of tender submissions
• Measuring and take-offs from drawings
• Producing bills-of-quantities
• Cost Planning
• Pre and post Contract meetings
• Build-up of tender price from first principles based on plans, programme, and scope of works
The ideal Estimator will have:
• A strong background in Design & Build projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• A thorough understanding of contract law and regulations
