European Business Development Manager – Construction, Civil Engineering & MEP

Location: Dublin / Remote (EU travel)

ICDS Constructors, delivering skilled teams across Europe since 1976, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth. You will win new business, expand client relationships, and secure long-term construction, civil engineering, and MEP projects.

You Have:

• 5+ years’ Business Development experience in construction/engineering.
• Proven success in European markets.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
• Degree in construction or related engineering discipline.
