European Business Unit Manager – Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) | Labour Services

Location: Europe (Regular EU travel)
Reports to: Group Managing Director / Operations Director

The Role
We’re seeking an experienced European Business Unit Manager to lead and grow our Mechanical & Electrical Labour Services business across Europe.
This senior role will drive commercial growth, operational excellence, and client satisfaction while managing multi-country operations and teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business growth through new client acquisition and long-term partnerships with Tier 1 contractors.
• Oversee day-to-day delivery, logistics, and workforce planning across EU sites.
• Ensure compliance with EU employment law, safety standards, and ICDS policies.
• Manage budgets, profitability, and performance of the business unit.
• Build and mentor a high-performing regional operations team.

About You

• 7–10+ years’ experience in M&E labour supply, recruitment, or site management.
• Proven leadership in managing multi-country or regional operations.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Excellent understanding of EU labour markets and cross-border employment.
• Degree or trade background in Mechanical/Electrical/Construction desirable.
