Finishing Foreperson

€70,000 - €90,000 per annum

Finishing Foreperson | Dublin/Kildare | €Neg & Benefits

You will be responsible for ensuring that the final touches are added to the project to create a high-quality finish coupled with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work effectively with contractors and sub-contractors to ensure that the project is completed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising and managing the construction process, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard.
• Ensuring compliance with building regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinating with contractors and sub-contractors to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.
• Ensuring that the final touches are added to the project to create a high-quality finish.

Requirements:

• Experience in construction management, with a strong understanding of building regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate a team and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions.
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality finishes.
