Job Title: Mechanical Campus Lead

Location: Belgium

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the mechanical works across the entire campus or project site.
Coordinate with the project management team, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
Ensure that all mechanical installations comply with design specifications, industry regulations, and safety standards.
Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover of mechanical systems.
Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support to site teams.
Monitor progress and report on key project milestones, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Work closely with other disciplines (electrical, civil, etc.) to ensure seamless integration of services.
Implement best practices and drive continuous improvement in mechanical project execution.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Mentor and develop junior engineers and site personnel.

Required Skills & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical construction, ideally within large-scale projects.
Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and process piping.
Proven experience in managing subcontractors and site teams.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Knowledge of relevant industry standards and building regulations.
Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, MS Project).
