Night Shift Supervisor

Role Overview:

As a Night Shift Supervisor, you'll be the backbone of our operations during the twilight hours. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and coordinate all activities related to concrete flooring installations during the night shift. From managing crew schedules to ensuring quality control, your leadership will be crucial in achieving project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise night shift operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project timelines.
• Lead and motivate a team of skilled workers to deliver high-quality concrete flooring installations.
• Collaborate with project managers to plan and execute nightly tasks efficiently.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Address any issues or concerns that arise during the night shift promptly and effectively.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry, preferably with concrete flooring expertise.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor team members.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts and weekends as needed.
