Join Ireland's leading independent concrete construction materials manufacturer seeking an Operations Manager for their Dublin Ready-Mix Concrete business.

• You will lead operations across Health & Safety, Production, Quality, and Logistics, driving efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team performance.
• Key responsibilities: include managing production, inventory, fleet, and facility maintenance while ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
• Requirements: Proven leadership in concrete production or related construction sectors, logistics, and personnel management.
• Operations and batching plants both sides of the M50, Meath, Kildare & Wicklow.
