A Tier One main contractor is seeking an experienced Construction Project Director to lead the delivery of large, complex, high-density and high-rise projects across Dublin.

Sectors: High-density residential, data centres, medical/healthcare and social infrastructure.

Role:
Overall responsibility for programme, cost, quality, safety and commercial performance. Lead senior project teams, manage key client relationships and deliver major projects from pre-construction to handover.

Requirements:
Proven Project Director or Senior Project Manager experience on large, complex projects with a Tier One or major main contractor.
