ICDS have been retained by a Tier 1 residential developer to recruit a project management team for the design, construction and delivery of major traditional housing and high-rise apartment developments in the Dublin and Leinster regions, including several hundred units, both sides of the M50.

As there are numerous phases over several years, ideal opportunity to be based "in or out of the city" with this leading developer.

The following positions are available for candidates with several year’s experience coupled with proven track record with developers and main contractors in the residential sectors:

• Project Manager
• Site Manager
• Senior Site Engineer
• Setting Out Engineer
• Quantity Surveyor
• Construction Planner
