Location: Dublin City
Salary: €100-115 + Transport/Allowance + Benefits

Company Overview:

A leading Tier-1 contractor who are currently undertaking a €200m+ project in Dublin Docklands.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-profile commercial development in Dublin City.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of the commercial construction project from pre-construction through to handover.

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to maintain smooth workflow and communication.

• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.

• Monitor quality standards and ensure work is completed to specification.

• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.

• Manage procurement and contract administration.

• Lead project meetings, resolving issues and identifying risks proactively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management roles, ideally within the commercial sector.

• Proven track record of delivering medium to large-scale commercial projects on time and within budget.

• Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations and health & safety standards.

• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asta Powerproject).
