A leading Tier 1 residential developer/contractor is seeking an accomplished Project Manager to join its senior delivery team, working on major high‑density residential schemes across Dublin and Meath.
This organisation has an established reputation for delivering complex, multi‑phase apartment and housing developments, including projects exceeding 10 storeys, and maintains a strong pipeline of long‑term work across the Greater Dublin Area.
The Opportunity
This is a key appointment aligned with the company’s growth and succession strategy at senior management level. The successful candidate will take full ownership of major residential projects, operating with a developer’s mindset and a strong focus on quality, safety, and commercial performance.
Key responsibilities include:
• End‑to‑end delivery of large, complex residential schemes
• Programme, cost, and quality control from pre‑construction through handover
• Leadership and development of large site and project teams
• Close collaboration with senior stakeholders, consultants, and supply chain
• Contributing to the future leadership direction of the business
The Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will bring:
• Several years of senior site or project management experience, including a minimum of three years at Project Manager level
• A proven track record delivering large‑scale residential projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent commercial awareness and decision‑making ability
• Clear ambition to progress into senior management within a Tier 1 organisation
