Our client is a leading property development management company who undertake large new build refurbishment commercial & refurbishment projects across Dublin for blue-chip clients.

Currently require a Project Manager with 5+ years' construction management experience.

This role will suit someone coming from a consultancy or main contracting background who is looking to move into a client facing role.

Role

Lead major new-build and regeneration projects from feasibility and planning through design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover.

Report directly to the Board and take full responsibility for project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of major commercial and mixed-use developments.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary consultants, contractors and delivery partners.
• Control programme, budget, risk, governance and overall delivery performance.
• Provide strategic oversight of design development, procurement and construction.
• Ensure compliance with quality, sustainability and regulatory standards.
• Maintain effective engagement with the Board, internal teams and external stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

• 3rd level qualification in construction, architecture, engineering, project management, quantity surveying or a related discipline.
• 5+ years’ relevant experience in commercial or mixed-use development.
• Background with a main contractor, project management consultancy or development organisation.
• Proven ability to manage consultants, contractors, programmes and capital budgets.
