Project Manager (RC Frame and Ground Development Project)
Our client is specializing in RC frame and ground development projects. With a reputation for excellence, they are committed to delivering high-quality projects that transform communities and redefine industry standards. They are now on a search for a Project Manager to lead their project in East London.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven experience in successfully managing RC frame and ground development projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and regulations related to RC frame and ground development.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt to changing project dynamics.
- PMP or other relevant project management certifications are a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of RC frame and ground development projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations.
- Implement and enforce safety standards and protocols on the construction site.
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with specifications.
- Manage and mentor project teams, providing guidance, feedback, and performance evaluations.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Continuously seek opportunities to optimize project processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment that promotes innovation and excellence.
