Project Manager (high-rise residential)

Dublin City

€100-120K +  Package

Required for award winning Tier-1 contractor who are commencing on hi-rise apartments in South Dublin & Dublin City.

 Duties

• Working on projects from groundworks to handover.
• Manage safety, quality, program
• Supervision of specialist contractors

Requirements:

• Third level degree in Project Management, Engineering or similar
• Several years’ experience in the project management of large residential or mixed-use developments.
