Project Quantity Surveyor

Swords, North Dublin (hybrid options)

€70-75k + package

Required for medium sized contractor working on educational & residential projects in North Dublin.

Duties

Responsible for the commercial and contractual performance
Post tender and pre contract activities: familiar with the tender file and assisting with preparing commercial targets for the project.
Procurement of subcontractors, attending pre-award meetings, documentation and schedules, applications, variation schedules, measurement, controlling accounts, payments, in-house reports, contractual correspondence and final account.
finalize subcontractor accounts and complete all filing and other documentation.
