Location: Dublin (site-based)
Reporting to: Project Manager / Contracts Manager

About the Role:

Our client, a tier-1 main contractor, are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join their team. This is a site-based role, where you’ll play a key part in maintaining quality standards, managing compliance with BCAR, and driving continuous improvement on large-scale, high-profile projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain ISO standards and conduct audits as required.
• Investigate and resolve non-conformances, ensuring corrective actions are effective.
• Develop and maintain quality plans, manuals, and documentation.
• Ensure site records and photographs are managed on digital platforms.
• Manage the BCAR process and oversee quality compliance on-site.
• Attend and coordinate meetings with subcontractors, suppliers, and certifiers.
• Conduct walkthrough inspections to identify and resolve quality concerns.
• Collaborate with the Design Manager on product and technical submittals.
• Support team training and promote a culture of quality.

Requirements:

• Degree in a construction-related discipline.
• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of BCAR and regulatory standards.
• Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and digital platforms.
• Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Collaborative and proactive, with a strong attention to detail.
