Quantity Surveyor - Algarve/Portugal - €80-90K + Accommodation, flights, benefits

Required to join an Irish property developer that is currently working on new build villa's in the Algarve, Portugal. You will oversee new build developments with high-quality finishing. 

Taking on full responsibility for the management of all commercial aspects of major new build villa and the effective delivery and reporting of all the financial requirements of the project.

Experience: 3-5+ years’ experience preferably with a Property Developer or Building main contractor

Must hold EU passport to be considered. Permanent role. Projects due to run for several years.
