Our client, a tier 1 Main Irish Contractor, is seeking Quantity Surveyors at all levels—Junior, Intermediate, and Senior—to join their dynamic team.
The successful candidates will play an integral role in the delivery of diverse construction projects across Ireland, including commercial, residential, industrial, and civil engineering sectors.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- Junior: 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Intermediate: 3-7 years of experience in a similar role.
- Senior: 7+ years of proven experience, with leadership capability
- Proficient in cost management software and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Irish construction regulations, contracts (e.g., RIAI, NEC, FIDIC), and standards
- Experience in managing large-scale construction projects is a plus
