Quantity Surveyor [Consultancy]

€95,000 - €100,000 per annum

Quantity Surveyor/PQS [Consultancy] | Limerick & Copenhagen | c.€100k + Benefits

Required for busy consultancy to work on exciting and challenging medium to large sized projects across Europe. You will be degree qualified in quantity surveying, cost management or similar, with 7+ year’s experience in a PQS or Project Management Consultancy practice in Ireland, UK or overseas.

Responsibilities:
To assist with full scope of cost management services including pre and post contract cost planning:

• Procurement; Contract Admin.
• Understanding of data, high-tech, life science and cloud-based sectors.
• Experience of various contract forms.
• Advising clients and design teams on cost, value, and risk, not just cost.

Ideally:

• Wide range of project experience.
• Able to take a client and large-scale project on board.
• Able to bring along the junior QS’s and lead.
• Interested in digitisation, data, and a new way of working
• Keen to work as part of a team and to develop and progress career development.

Projects will be mainly in Denmark and international but only ‘minimum travel’ as they are a digital cloud-based company and work with international teams.
