Due to continued growth and ongoing skills shortages within the Australian construction market, we are seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors and Contracts Administrators from the UK, Ireland, and EU markets for major construction projects in Perth.

This opportunity is suited to commercially focused construction professionals seeking long-term career development with established Australian contractors delivering large-scale projects across healthcare, data centres, commercial, and MEP-intensive developments.

Position Overview

The successful candidate will join established project delivery teams working on projects valued between €/$50M–$100M+ across a range of sectors including:

• Healthcare
• Data Centres
• Commercial Developments
• MEP-heavy projects
• Mixed-use developments

The role will involve full commercial and contractual management responsibilities throughout the project lifecycle, working closely with project management, site, design, and client teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Cost planning and commercial management of construction projects
• Preparation and management of budgets, forecasts, and cost reports
• Procurement and subcontract package management
• Contract administration and management of contractual obligations
• Assessment and negotiation of variations and claims
• Management of progress claims and subcontractor accounts
• Commercial reporting to senior management
• Liaising with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and delivery teams
• Ensuring commercial compliance and project profitability

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience working on construction projects valued at €/$50M–$100M+
• Background in Quantity Surveying or Contracts Administration
• Experience across healthcare, data centres, commercial, or MEP-led projects preferred
• Strong contractual and commercial management capability
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Collaborative and team-oriented approach
• Long-term mindset with strong cultural alignment
• Experience with contractors of all sizes considered

Candidates from smaller or mid-sized contractors are strongly encouraged to apply, particularly those who have gained broad project exposure and hands-on commercial experience across multiple phases of delivery.
