About the opportunity
ICDS are on the search for a Quantity Surveyor for one of the most recognisable & well respected Main Contractors in Ireland & the UK. We’re working with our client to recruit for a Quantity Surveyor to be based in North London, all projects are based within the M25. Working from home/ site options are also available.
The successful candidate should have 5+ years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor and will need to have previous experience working within either the Commercial, Residential and Fit-out sector.
Candidate Requirements /Qualifications / Experience:
• Previous experience of managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects valued from £50m - £150m
• The ideal candidate should have previous experience with a recognised Main Contractor
• 5+ years of Quantity Surveying experience would be advantageous for this position
