As Managing Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible the daily activities of the surveying team, while taking overall accountability for the commercial aspects of multiple residential projects.
You will be responsible for the commercial performance for several developments including pre-construction, cost management, while managing/motivating a team of estimating, surveying & procurement staff. Projects include ‘high density’ apartments, & traditional housing in key locations in Kildare, Meath, and Dublin (West).
This is a ‘critical’ appointment, based out of HQ (just off M50), with hybrid options possible, integrated into the company growth trajectory & succession strategy, with potential to become part of the ‘Senior Management Team’. Please get in touch for a confidential discussion re same.
