Quantity Surveyor (Senior) | Midlands (Kildare, Laois & Offaly)

€Salary, Car, Bonus, Pension, Benefits (tailored to suit)

With main contractor & leading property developer across the Midlands, projects including:

• Residential and canal-side mixed-use development, Co Offaly.
• 24-month residential, multi-phase to 5 floors with preservation/conservation of existing listed structures on site, Co Laois.
• Various projects in Kildare, Laois, Offaly & Meath in the pharma, data, industrial, educational healthcare & commercial sectors.
• Refurb, fit out & restoration projects to listed structures including hotels and state buildings across the Irish Midlands

Other Roles:

• Intermediate QS also for the Leinster region, projects to €15m.
• Estimator to be based in Head Office.

Proven commercial skills associated with projects listed above, previous experience of public works contracts an advantage but not necessary.
