Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Salary: €60-90K (Dependant on experience)

A leading property developer/main contractor with a reputation for delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Limerick.

Role Overview:

You will manage costs, budgets, and financial monitoring for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in quantity surveying within the residential property or main contracting sector.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
