Our client is one of Ireland's leading residential developers who are currently undertaking multiple residential developments across the Dublin/Leinster area.

Current projects consist of large residential (housing, duplexes & apartments).

They are now in the market for Senior Engineers for the Greater Dublin Area (West/North Dublin/Kildare)

Responsibilities

• Review design drawings and raise RFI’s as required
• Attend Design Team Meetings, review of design documents, close out any design issues.
• Communicate content of approved technical submittals to trade and finishing team.
• Management and coordination of subcontractors and service providers to ensure testing and commissioning timelines are met.
• Ensure works are executed in compliance with Building Regulations, design documents and all applicable standards.
• Ensure Quality assurance policies are followed and take the lead on technical submittals/ benchmarks / inspection management.
• Ensuring BCAR compliance.
• Liaise with third-party stakeholders including Irish Water, ESB and local authorities.
• Chairing site and construction team meetings.
