Senior Project Manager (Developer)

Required for leading developer who is currently underaking a large hosuing & apartment devbelopment in North Dublin.
Lead the delivery of high-density apartment and housing developments from pre-construction through to handover.
Responsibilities include programme and commercial management, subcontractor coordination, design oversight, quality assurance, and health & safety compliance.
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
5+ years’ construction project management experience
Tier 1 / Tier 2 main contractor background
Experience managing €10m–€50m residential projects
