Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager - Developer - Dublin

New opportunity to join a prestigious property developer in Dublin, Ireland. They are in need of an experienced senior quantity surveyor/commercial manager to oversee one of their largest projects.

Ideally you will meet the following requirements:

Degree educated, essential
At least 5 – 7 years of previous QS experience with a developer / main contractor
Experience working on High-End Residential Developments
Proven track record of dealing with both clients and consultants to deliver projects on time, on budget and to a high standard.
