Senior Quantity Surveyor (Developer)
South Dublin
€90-110K + Package
Required for medium-sized developer who are undertaking residential projects across West/South Dublin, Kildare, Wicklow.
Role
- Manage all aspects of quantity surveying duties for construction projects.
- Prepare and submit valuations, variations, and final accounts.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Provide commercial advice to project teams.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of Quantity Surveying experience.
- Experience within residential construction
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and regulations.
Salary Package:

- This role will be site based and location is flexible
