Senior Site Manager (Housing)

North Dublin, Swords

€80-100k + Bonus, Transport/Car Allowance

Required for a well-established residential developer undertaking large housing project in North Dublin starting which has commenced, using timber frame, circa.50-unts.

Role

• Manage all on-site construction activities from site setup through to project completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour.
• Ensure work is completed to programme and quality standards.
• Monitor progress and produce regular site reports.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
• Manage site logistics, materials, and deliveries.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, local authorities, and utility providers.
• Resolve technical and operational issues on site.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations and warranty provider requirements.
