Site Administrator / Document Controller

€45,000 - €55,000 per annum

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Administrator to join a well-known and respected property developer on a live construction site in Blanchardstown. This is a key role supporting the site management team and ensuring the smooth day-to-day administration of site operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full administrative support to the Site Manager and project team
  • Manage site documentation, including drawings, RFIs, permits, and certifications
  • Maintain accurate records for health & safety, inductions, and training logs
  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and track actions
  • Handle correspondence, filing, and document control systems
  • Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and head office staff
  • Assist with timesheets, delivery dockets, and site records
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and project requirements

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Site Administrator or similar construction administration role
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience working on live construction sites is highly desirable
