Site Engineer (large-scale Residential)

Carlow Town

€65-75k  + Package

Required for medium-sized residential developer who are currently undertaking 100+ Units' in Carlow, which will commence in the coming weeks.

Circa 2-year project.

Role will involve setting out works for groundworks, foundations, slabs, and services, liasing with Utilities providers.

Monitoring subcontractor quality and ensuring works comply with drawings, specifications and Building Regulations.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline
• 3–5 years’ post-qualification experience
• Residential / housebuilding experience preferred
• Strong setting-out experience using GPS / Total Station equipment
