Site Engineer (Residential)

Malahide, North Dublin

€65-75k + Transport + Bonus

Required for medium-sized residential developer who are currently undertaking 50+ Units' in Malahide, with further sites in North Dublin area.

Responsible for overseeing day-to-day on-site engineering and technical operations.

Responsibilities.

Carry out setting out and surveying of building works using total station, GPS, laser levels, and other surveying equipment.
Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and architectural/engineering details.
Provide technical assistance and guidance to site teams and subcontractors.
Liaise with the Site Manager, Project Manager, design team, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Maintain accurate site records, survey information, inspection records, and relevant documentation.
Monitor subcontractor works and ensure they are completed correctly and to programme.
Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with company health and safety procedures.
Assist the management team with planning, programming, and monitoring progress.
