Site Engineer (Senior) | Wexford & South East | c.€60k+ & Bonus, Car, Pension, Promotion

Required by regional property developer for residential/commercial projects for multi-phase / multi-year basis on exclusive developments across Wexford and the South East.

As Site Engineer you will have several years’ experience of setting out and dealing with various trades on site, coupled with a relevant qualification. Previous employment with main contractors, developers or large specialist subcontractors in Ireland, UK or overseas will be considered.

As the Directors have a 'succession plan' in place swift promotional prospects on offer.

Duties include:

• Generic site management duties, supervision of junior staff.
• Management of sub-contractors ensuring safe and efficient project delivery.
• Manage the ‘setting out’, line, level plumb using Total Station / GPS or similar.
• Delegation of other ‘setting-out’ duties to Junior Engineers/Technicians.
• Monitoring master programme with actual progress on site.
• Manage procurement of materials in conjunction with the construction programme.
• Report to the visiting Contracts Manager & Quantity Surveyor on a regular basis.
• Definite career path to Project Manager and continuous professional development offered.
