About the Role

As a Site Engineer, you will be instrumental in the successful execution of our flagship data centre project. Working alongside a team of top-tier professionals, you’ll ensure precision, quality, and on-time delivery in a highly technical and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Site Supervision: Oversee daily site activities, ensuring alignment with project plans, schedules, and safety protocols.
  • Technical Oversight: Implement and monitor engineering designs, verifying compliance with specifications and regulations.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to maintain the highest standards of workmanship.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and consultants to achieve seamless project delivery.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate site reports, progress logs, and documentation for all phases of the project.
  • Problem-Solving: Address technical challenges swiftly to minimize delays and optimize outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experienced in either Setting Out or Slab/concrete or Structural Steel.
  • Qualifications: Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
  • Experience: Proven track record in data centre or similar high-tech infrastructure projects.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software, project management tools, and construction standards.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with building codes, health & safety regulations, and sustainability practices.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
