Site Engineer – Hyperscale Data Centre

Location: South Wales

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee site operations, ensuring all works align with project plans and technical specifications.
Monitor and enforce health & safety standards on-site.
Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and liaise with contractors.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain project timelines and quality.
Ensure compliance with data centre infrastructure best practices and industry regulations.
Prepare reports, track progress, and assist in problem-solving on-site challenges.

What We’re Looking For:

Degree/Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or relevant field).
Proven experience in data centre construction or large-scale infrastructure projects.
Strong understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) systems.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Knowledge of hyperscale data centre design & operations is a plus!
