Site Manager / General Foreman - Developer

ICDS have an immediate vacancy for a Site Manager with a large developer (established 35yrs ago) with an excellent reputation, who are very busy with a number of exciting projects on at the moment, both in housing and apartment construction. You will have 10+ years recent experience in a Site Manager role with a main contractor or developer building apartments or office blocks.
They are looking for an individual with experience from groundworks through to RC frame, all the way through to delivering the finishings out of an apartment project to turnkey status.
There will also be schemes of houses in this development so house building experience would also be required.
You will be either trade and/or technically qualified.
