€85k++ per annum

Experienced and detail-oriented Residential Site Manager (Finishing) position in South Dublin. The successful candidate will oversee the final stages of our residential development projects, ensuring that all finishing works are completed to the highest standards of quality and within set deadlines. This role requires close coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, and the site team to deliver homes that meet our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:

    • Manage and oversee all finishing works on site, including but not limited to apartments, all internals, metal frame, 1st fix electrical, grey box to handover. 
    • Ensure finishing tasks are completed on time and to the specified quality standards.
  • Quality Control:

    • Conduct regular inspections to ensure all work meets the company’s quality standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Address and resolve any issues or defects identified during inspections promptly.
  • Coordination and Supervision:

    • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure smooth progress of finishing works.
    • Supervise on-site finishing teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship.
  • Health and Safety:

    • Ensure all finishing activities comply with health and safety regulations.
    • Conduct regular safety checks and promote a safe working environment for all site personnel.
  • Client Liaison:

    • Maintain open communication with clients regarding progress, issues, and any changes to schedules.
    • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality finishes and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Documentation and Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate records of all finishing works, including progress reports, inspection records, and quality assurance documentation.
    • Report regularly to the Project Manager on the status of finishing works and any potential delays or issues.


  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in site management with a focus on finishing works in residential construction.
    • Proven track record of managing finishing phases of residential projects successfully.
  • Certifications:

    • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
    • First Aid certification is desirable.
  • Skills:

    • Excellent knowledge of finishing processes and materials.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
    • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project).
