€60,000 - €70,000 + package

Our client is a privately owned main contractor with over 25 years’ experience in the construction industry. They are now looking to appoint a Site Manager for a €4m project in Co. Kildare. They provide building services in the Commercial, industrial, education conversation, sports & residential sectors.

Site Manager responsibilities

• Health & Safety Management with assistance of the company Safety Officer
• Subcontractor Management.
• Design Team Liaison.
• Attending Site Meetings.
• RFI’s
• Record Keeping.
• Ability to understanding the Design Information and ensure compliance on site
• Ensure all works meet the correct standard of quality and workmanship
• Minor Setting out with assistance of an Engineer as required.
• It Skills – email, ability to use Procore CM Software to read drawings, create RFI’s, record photos.
