Site Manager (Residential)

North Dublin/Portmarnock

€75-80k + Car/Allowance + Bonus & Benefits

Required for leading residential developer working on a new residential scheme next to Portmarnock.

This project will include 40+ Units including Apartments, Duplexes, and Houses.

Role

• Overseeing construction from greenfield to handover
• Implementation of health and safety policies.
• Co-ordination and managing of sub-contractors.
• Oversee quality control and safety measures on site.
• Checking plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
• Attend regular site meetings with project team.
• Direct and supervise direct staff and sub-Contractors.
• Plan the daily resourcing and control of site labour and ordering of material.
• Maintain a weekly work diary of progress.
• Ensuring procedures in place to maintain plant in good work order.

Job Requirements

• Degree/trade qualification
• 3+ years' site management experience.
• Knowledge of latest building regulation (BCAR) and certification standards.
• IT and communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
