Site Manager (Residential)

Dublin 15

€85k + Transport/Car Allowance + Bonus, pension.

Required for a well-established residential developer undertaking 150+ Apartments in Dublin 15 which has commenced.

Role

Boots-on-the-ground Site Management
Sequencing and production management of key trade subcontractors with a focus on building envelope and groundworks
Liaising with the site engineering and design team to ensure early resolution of technical bottlenecks
Overseeing workmanship to ensure adherence to quality standards
Working with the logistics manager to ensure site setup and materials management supports the safe and efficient execution of the works programme
Near-term look-ahead works programming, liaising with key stakeholders as required ie: public utilities, local authority ·
The role will also support the PM across all aspects of project delivery, offering a pathway towards Project and Contracts Management
