Site Manager/ Site Foreman | Wicklow 

Our client have an opening for a Site Manager/ Site Foreman working for a new forward-thinking Irish property developer, committed to making positive changes to the Irish housing market.

They’re building fantastic new homes in great commuter locations around Dublin and Wicklow.

As Site Manager. you will be overseeing housing projects in North Wicklow. Working closely with the Project Manager, this is a critical appointment and you will become a key member of the management team.

Salary on offer: c. €80K-€90K + company vehicle (if required) + Bonus + Other Benefits.

The candidate: 

1. Proven track record with housebuilders is essential
2. Results and programme driven individuals 
3. Ability to lead a team and to get the best results from subcontractors and employees
4. Experience with timber frame housing
